Hello,
My name is Wendy, and I recently bought a three month membership at your pool.
Yesterday, when I came to use your facilities, I found that the sauna and hot tub were closed. I asked one of the other members about it and they said the sauna and hot tub are undergoing renovations which will last for two months. I couldn’t believe it because nobody informed me about that when I bought the membership! The sauna was the main reason why I bought the membership to begin with!
I will still use the swimming pool a few times a week, but I am really disappointed that I won’t get to use the sauna and hot tub. I would like a 70% refund of my membership cost to make up for this inconvenience.
