CELPIP Writing Task 1 Email to Radio Station

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Amayra, and I am a regular listener to your radio station; let me tell you that you guys are doing an excellent job, and my best wishes are with you. I am writing this mail to give you some suggestions regarding some of your programs, which are not lucrative and pull your channel down.

Your morning retro music concert is very repetitive and tedious, and you need to either change this program or make it more interactive. Moreover, there is nothing about health awareness on your station; you must play some instructions to keep listeners aware of the current pandemic situation.

I want to suggest that you survey the local town and get perfect ideas on improving your ratings and viewership. You also need to have a rap music program for the young population. This will help you to connect with the youth.

I hope my suggestions will help you to gain momentum for your channel. I am looking forward to seeing you guys rocking again as you used to do in the past.

Regards,
Amayra

CELPIP Letter Writing to a Radio Station

Dear Manager,

I am an avid listener of your radio station for the past decade, but I am sorry to say that you are not providing any exciting programs like earlier times, I have a few reasons to support my accusation,

First, early in the morning, your radio jockeys are lifeless. They are not well updated to stay in tune with other channels and the pulse of the listeners.

There is another program at 9.00 a.m which talks about daily weather, do you really think that a weather program for 30 minutes will get you, listeners?? The evening show at 6.00 p.m about classical music is a little boring. As I am sure, it is the Primetime when all age groups will be listening to the station.

I think some entertaining programs like a movie review show or a live talk show with your listeners on an innovative, interesting topic and social issues will get you more listeners.

So as the head of the station, you should immediately work with your creative team and come with trendy, enthusiastic programs that will keep all age groups entertained.

I hope you will consider my suggestion and I look forward to hearing exciting programs from your station.

Best Regards,
Chris

CELPIP Writing Task 1 Email to a Radio Station

Dear Manager
Hi! I am Phill I am writing concerning the recent exclusion of healthy living tips and old songs, that your radio station made in morning prime time, making the program less appealing.

A vivid listener, I like to start my day with good old music and practice exercise, which is missing as of now in your radio station. Furthermore, We have also noticed that there are many commercial breaks during the programs, keeping away a listener like me from your channel.

To proactive correction and bring back the old customers, I would strongly recommend that you please include the old songs and health-related tips in morning broadcasting. If you implement the recommendations, I am sure you will see a massive spike in your clientele.

Please do not hesitate to reach me for further suggestions.

Best regards,
Phill
