CELPIP Responding to Survey Questions Gender Equality

I firmly believe that women are versatile and manage any work correctly and efficiently. I am against gender-specific job placements, as they create disparities among the employees of the company.

To start with, I have several reasons to think women can handle any challenging task on hand. Moreover, women have excelled as airline pilots, NASA scientists, or Computer Engineers, for that matter any field what so ever. For instance, there are many women as CEO’s managing international business, such as Indira Nooyi heading Pepsico, Ginni Rometty heading IBM and achieving greater heights.

Another important reason for women being capable is their high-value university education. According to the latest statistics, the percentage of women graduates and postgraduates is more than men.

Furthermore, in academics such as medical studies, there are more female students than male students resulting in a higher number of female doctors.

Hence, there is every reason to believe that women are multi-taskers and are apt at handling difficult situations. They need to be encouraged and supported more, as they manage both their homes as well as their job responsibilities.

In conclusion, it can be emphasized that women are fit for all kinds of jobs, and they excel at every activity.
